What industries do you specialize in?

I often work with clients in sustainability, science, infrastructure, nonprofit, and communications fields — but I’m always open to new challenges if the work is values-aligned.

Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?

Yes. While I’m based in the U.S., I’m happy to work with clients across time zones. Most of my work can be handled via email, video calls, and shared platforms.

Can you work under NDA or with white-label clients?

Yes. I work with agencies and companies under NDA and am happy to respect confidentiality or work in a white-label capacity when needed.

What’s your typical project timeline?

Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most projects take 2–6 weeks from kickoff to delivery. We’ll discuss your timeline during our initial consultation and include it in your proposal.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

Occasionally. If you’re on a tight timeline, let’s talk. A rush fee may apply depending on availability and scope.

Do you create custom packages for my specific needs?

Yes! All service packages are fully customizable. If you need services not listed or want to mix and match from different packages, just reach out. We’re happy to tailor a solution to your needs.

Can you support us beyond the initial project?

Absolutely. Many clients return for future work or transition into a retainer partnership after a successful first engagement.

How do I start working with you?

To get started, click the Let’s Shape Your Story button at the top of our homepage or any service page. Fill out the short intake form, and I will be in touch within 1-2 days to move your project forward.

Do you offer retainer or ongoing support packages?

Yes. I offer monthly retainers and long-term partnerships for clients who need ongoing support. Let’s explore the cadence and structure that work best for you.

Will I receive a contract outlining my project scope and total investment?

Yes. We want everyone to be aligned from the start. You’ll receive a contract outlining deliverables, timeline, and total investment — so you’ll always know what to expect.

Will you provide project updates?

Yes. Our work is part of your larger mission, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. You’ll receive weekly updates, so you always know where things stand.

Do I need to put down a deposit before work can begin?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit before we begin and reserve time on our calendar. We accept credit card, Venmo, or bank transfer.

Do I have to use the same payment method for the balance?

No. We’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance, and you’re welcome to pay using a different method. We accept credit card, Venmo, bank transfer, or check.
