Employee Experience Efforts

  • I conceived the idea for organization-wide Coffee Chats and brought it to fruition with the support of my manager and teammates. The initiative, which is still in place at ACR, helped break down silos and foster comradery across the organization. I wrote about it in this article for Naylor.
  • I conceived the idea for ACR Grand Rounds, a program that brought members of the association in to speak to employees about industry trends and how the ACR supported improved patient care. This allowed employees to engage with members and better understand the impact of their work.
