I’m gathering input on how AI is actually being adopted inside organizations. There’s a pattern emerging I didn’t fully expect.

I’ve been thinking a lot about per-word rates lately — and where they do and don’t work. They make sense when the work is straightforward:

You’ve communicated X. But across the organization, people are doing Y. That’s not a communication problem. It’s drift.

When employee trust breaks, organizations suffer. Employees withdraw, question decisions, withhold ideas, suppress feedback, and generally disengage from work — leading to measurable business impacts.

Most internal communication challenges aren’t messaging problems. They’re infrastructure problems.
